Thrilling end to Eastwood Primary Cricket season.

Eastwood Primary schools cricket league 2010
 
There were 4 teams in contention to win the league on the last day of the primary school season. Greasley Beauvale who were leading with 10 points lost to Eastwood Cricket club (8 points), Priory 2nd with 9 points lost to Lynncroft. Springbank on 8 points also lost meaning that the cricket club and Greasley tied for first place with 11 points each. By virtue of their last day win over Greasley Beauvale the trophy goes to Eastwood cricket club.
Highlights of the last day were the performances of Angus (year 3) for Priory, Oliver and Jake for the Cricket club and Dillans bowling for Springbank.

The next cricket for the primary schools of Eastwood takes place on Sunday 11th July when the annual Kwik cricket festival takes place at 10.00am at Eastwood cricket club.
